Job Description for Project Coordinator

A project coordinator is a member of the project management team who supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with customers/vendors and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assisting and coordinating with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks (Purchase)

- Executing project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents (AP & AR)

- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager

- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle

- Managing the project procurement process (Contract, PO, Invoice, etc.)

- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders

- Other duties as assigned

-Communication skills (Proficiency in English and Korean)

-Problem-solving skills and Time-management skills in fast-faced work environments

-Organizational Skills

-Management Skills

-Proficiency in MS Offices (Esp. Excel)
