Job Title: SCM Admin

Work Scope

1. Logistic
1) Make reservation for Fedex and DHL shipping
2) Compose necessary documents for logistic and custom clearance
3) Troubleshoot logistic issue including freight vendor, customs agent

2. Inventory
1) Keep inventory ledger up to date reflecting daily movements (G/R, G/I)
2) Monitor stock level to be replenished fulfilling safety stock level set forth by company
3) Generate inventory related reports for management
4) Perform periodic inventory audit and investigate reasons for discrepancy

Requirement
1. Entry level or up to maximum 5 years of work experience
2. Must be fluent in English and Korean
3. Computer skills must be needed including Microsoft Office
4. Legal status to work in US (Company can sponsor VISA)

3) 물류/통관 업체 연락 및 이슈 해결

2. 재고
1) 일일 재고 이동 기록 및 재고 수불부 관리
2) 안전재고 유지를 위해 창고별 모니터링 및 발주
3) 재고 관련 보고서 작성
4) 주기별 재고실사, 조정 및 차이 사유 소명

필수 조건
1. 신입 및 경력 5년 이하
2. 한국어/영어 Bilingual
3. MS Office 사용 가능자
4. 미국 합법적 노동 가능자 (비자 스폰 가능, OPT 소지자 환영)
