Ebisu - Hiring All Positions for New Japanese Restaurant Opening

With 33 years of culinary experience owning/operating Japanese restaurants in California (Beverly Hills, San Luis Obispo, San Francisco and more) we are opening our first Austin location and will serve highest quality sashimi and Japanese cuisine. Ebisu is upscale-casual dining, with a liquor bar and lounge area, as well as formal dining and private banquet rooms.

We are slated to open July 31st and Hiring all positions:
- Sushi Chef
- Line Cooks
- Bartenders
- Servers
- Hostess
- Food Runner
- Busser
- Dishwasher

Experience preferred but not required.
$$ Compensation is competitive, and depends on experience.

Fill out an application at the restaurant between 9am-4pm Monday-Saturday at the restaurant site, and interview with the General Manager or Executive Chef.
