IMA, iMarketAmerica, is a wholly owned subsidiary of iMarketKorea, incorporated in the US and engaged in supply chain management services and the distribution of industrial goods. IMK, iMarketKorea, is widely known as a leading company in the industrial B2B e-Commerce market for MRO, Raw/Subsidiary materials and distribution.

iMarketKorea was established in 2000 by investing in Samsung Group affiliates and listed on the Korea Stock Exchange(KOSPI, Ticker Symbol: 122900:KS ) for the first time as a procurement intermediary in 2010. [ 모집분야 ]  B2B 영업 지원 및 구매 - Full time

-Spare Parts 구매유통 관리

-전산 처리(Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order)

-SCM 및 CRM

 

Responsibilities

• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers for goods or services that meet client’s requirement.


• Process and maintain purchase orders to meet demand in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.


• Establish effective working relationships with customers and vendors through continuous communications on delivery, pricing, RFQ status, and order confirmations.


• Review quotes; determine contract prices; follows up on orders placed; verifies delivery; and approves payment.


• Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals.


• Provide customer service via email and phone support.


• Maintains accurate and complete procurement data.


• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.


• Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.


• Supply Chain Management.


• Assist Finance and other relevant parties with reconciling purchase and invoice variances.


• Organize and schedule procurements in timely manner.


• Conduct market research for product and suggest alternative options to client with cost-saving, better lead time.


• Perform other job-related duties as needed.


• Find new opportunity for expanding business actively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, or related field


• 2-5 years of previous experience in procurement or purchasing (preferred)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.


• Proficient in Microsoft office and QuickBooks


• English(requirement), Korean(preferred)


• Passionate, Active mind
