GST America Inc. Office Administrator
We are looking for an Office Administrator to help with general office tasks. We are a vendor for SAMSUNG AUSTIN SEMICONDUCTOR. This role will be based in a office setting just 5 minutes away from Samsung. You will support all office accounting and human resources administrative tasks and more!
1. Responsibilities
• Respond to general email and phone calls
• Responsible for office mail including sorting and delivery of mail, signing for packages.
• Maintain office space cleanliness including breakrooms, bathroom, and shared spaces
• Maintain inventory of all office supplies, tools, organization and supply.
• Point of contact for property management for facilities management including cleaning services, work orders, utility, etc...
• Supports HR & Accounting administratively
• Completes other administrative duties as assigned
• Keep track of pagers and tools for facilities employees
• Responsible for any Printing or copy jobs.
• Keep track of Purchases and returns for supplies and tools.
2. Skills and Requirements• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of administrative duties experience preferred
• Must be reliable and professional
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems, escalating issues as necessary
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be bilingual in Korean and English

• 사무실 시설 관리 업체 (유틸리티, 청소 서비스 등) 연락 및 관리
• HR, Accounting 보조 업무 지원
• 기타 일반 사무업무
• 현장직원 페이저와 공구 지급, 트래킹, 재고관리
• 모든 인쇄 및 복사 작업
• 소모품 및 공구 구매, 반품 추적.
2. 지원 자격
• 고졸이상
• 1년 이상 경험자 우대
• 전문적 업무 태도
• 체계적이고 세부적인 업무 처리
• 깔끔하고 정돈된 업무 처리
• 문제 해결 능력
• 독립적 작업 능력
• 한국어, 영어 구사 필수
