Sales and Marketing Admin Manager

 

Essential Functions

• Manage inside sales team (2 people) in BISTel’s Seoul, Korea headquarters


• Ownership of CRM tracking and reporting for all regional offices (Korea, US, China, Singapore, Japan, Europe)


• Manage incoming customer contracts including timely internal reviews


• Organize bi-weekly global sales conference calls with field sales


• Organize and coordinate Global Sales Workshop meetings


• Assist in managing trade-show conferences


• Manage key industrial memberships (i.e., SEMI)


• Help with marketing intelligence (competitors, industry trends, customer leads, etc.)

 

Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor Degree in a Marketing or Business discipline

Experience: 2-5 years of B2B experience in company with a global presence.

Language:  Primary – Korean,   Secondary (fluent) - English

Other:

• CRM software experience


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Position Location:  

This position is based in our Austin, Texas facility  (Currently at 3410 Far West Blvd,  #301, Austin, TX 78731)

 

Travel Requirements:

Travel up to 20%. Typical 10%.   Usual travel regions include South Korea (BISTel HQ) and USA.  Rare occasion travel to Singapore, China, Japan or Europe.

 

Other:

Flex-Time:  Due to the international nature of this position, the work hours will very from time-to-time.  (Example:  May spend half day in office to participate in evening calls with Asia sales from home)
