직무 개요:
Entry-Level 및 Junior-Level 현장 기술자는 고객 현장에서 반도체 부대 설비를 설치, 유지보수 및 문제 해결을 담당합니다. 이 직무는 현장에서 직접적인 작업을 수행하며 고객 지원팀과 긴밀히 협력해야 합니다.

주요 업무:

• 반도체 부대 설비의 설치 및 유지보수 지원


• 장비의 정기 점검 및 문제 해결


• 기술적인 문제를 해결하기 위해 선임 기술자 지원


• 정확한 서비스 기록 및 문서 관리


• 안전 규정 및 회사 절차 준수


• 내부 팀 및 고객과 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 수행

자격 요건:

• 신원 조회 필수


• 고등학교 졸업 또는 이에 상응하는 학력 (기술 관련 자격증 우대)


• 기계 및 전기 시스템에 대한 기본적인 이해


• 문제 해결 능력 및 세부 사항에 대한 집중력


• 독립적으로 또는 팀 환경에서 근무 가능

Wonik Holdings USA, Inc is headquartered in South Korea and specializes in semiconductor gas supply equipment, gas purifiers, scrubbers, and piping construction. We are a leading company in the semiconductor supplementary equipment industry, particularly supporting the Samsung Taylor project. Our Austin branch is expanding, and we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Field Technicians to join our team.

Job Summary:
Entry-Level and Junior-Level Field Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting semiconductor supplementary equipment at customer sites. This role requires hands-on fieldwork and close coordination with the customer support team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of semiconductor supplementary equipment


• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues


• Support senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical problems


• Maintain accurate service records and documentation


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures


• Communicate effectively with the internal team and customers

Qualifications:

• Background check required


• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)


• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment


• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites


• Valid driver’s license


• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.


• English proficiency required; Korean language skills are a plus


• Preferred candidates will have a background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• Semiconductor industry experience preferred


• Experience with GCS (Gas, Chemical, Slurry) and PCS (Pump, Chiller, Scrubber) equipment
