Sales Professional (Austin, TX)
Description
The Marketing & Sales Professional’s primary responsibilities are managing product planning and marketing opportunities to increase business while improving project alignment and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves reporting customer feedback and requests.
Responsibility:
Overall marketing & sales management and support for customer
Reporting & consensus customer’s market & sales strategy with HQ
Communicate market & sales status with customers
Manage the initial communication for any type of business discussions
Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Gather customer’s Business status & Sales plan (including Product roadmap)
Overall management of customer’s new programs
Align with the customer’s new programs and LGD product development plans
Arrange meetings with LGD headquarters and customers for new projects
Report customer’s request to reflect new projects concept
Others
Arrange & Lead regular meetings with customer Marketing/planning team
Report IT Market’s trend and outlook
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
Bilingual in English and Korean
Prefer to have Display industry experience
Strong communication skills
Sales & Marketing sensing skills
Strong customer-oriented mindset
Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
Travel required: 20%
