Position: Office Manager / Admin Assistant (Full Time or Part Time)
Location: Austin (Westlake Hills) or Plano, TX
Start Date: Flexible, with option to start right away
Job Description:
1. Registration & student database maintenance
2. Scheduling
3. Managing student progress
4. Bookkeeping & billing
5. Updating website, social media, and advertisements
6. Answering phones and receiving customers at the front desk (Most classes are online, so only a few staff are on site and following social distancing, masking, and other COVID precautions recommended by CDC.)
7. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by directors
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree preferred
2. Organized, detail oriented, and good at multi-tasking
3. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
5. Prior front desk experience a plus
6. Graphic design and web design experience a plus
7. Fluency in Korean, Chinese, or another language a plus
8. Must have own reliable transportation and be eligible to work in the US
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience plus benefits for full-time salary staff. For a part-time employee, the hours can be flexible.
