We are looking for a Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service (e-mails, phone calls and in-person)


• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products, their orders and payment


• Prepare the quote and provide to customers and follow up


• Receive and update product orders / RMA orders including payment process


• UPS labeling and packing products for orders


• Handle returns of merchandise (RMA)


• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service


• Build productive trust relationships with customers


• Comply with inventory control procedures


• Simple Bookkeeping Job for documents


• Potential business trip for the conferences and products demo

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role


• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• Basic Math skills / Good at MS Office programs


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task


• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service and also with colleagues


• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner


• High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
