♦ Position: Construction Coordinator/ Manager

♦ Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients and delivers project progress report

-  Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan

-  Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

- Provide direction to staffs and subcontractors when doing groundwork to ensure that quality standards are being met

-  Provide technical knowledge and input to assist installing contractors

-  Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion

-  Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise

-  Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related materials

- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success

♦ Requirements

- I&C and Automation field experience preferred

- Bilingual Korean/ English

- Must be authorized to work in US
