세부 업무는 다음과 같습니다.

Job Summary:
The Office Administrative Coordinator is a vital position responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department and assist its staff members.

Essential Functions:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, taking messages, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, Accounting/HR support, and addressing email communications.
Assist with business travel/visit arrangements and updates, ensuring the efficient planning and coordinating of departmental needs.
Oversee and coordinate tasks for the department, including CEO's schedule and related works, company property management, and purchasing supplies.
Provide direct, high-level administrative support to the HQ in Korea, including managing and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of work experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Bilingual in Korean and English. (Korean Required, and Fluent in English)
2. At least 2 Years of Experience of MS Office. (Excel, Word, PPT)
3. Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of constituents.
4. Strong written communication skills, including proper usage of grammar and punctuation, and ability to product error-free communications.
5. Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
