Position Overview:

As the Human Resources/Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, payroll, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of HR administration experience, be bilingual in Korean/English, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Application Management:



  • Post Job advertisements.

  • Screen applications and schedule interviews.

  • Maintain applicant tracking system



  1. Pre-Employment Process:



  • Administer drug, background checks, and pre-employment screening.



  1. Onboarding and Orientation:



  • Execute new hire documents, onboarding tasks, and orientation.



  1. Payroll and Benefits Administration:



  • Enroll new hires in payroll and insurance benefits..

  • Manage timesheets for hourly waged employees

  • Administer benefits, including 401K, Health Insurance, Commercial Insurance, and PTO calculations.

  • Monthly payroll updates and ERP process.



  1. Training and Program Coordination:



  • Coordinate necessary training and programs.



  1. International HR Coordination:



  • Work with HQ HR on Expats & Dispatchers’ payroll, benefits, visa process, etc.



  1. Record Maintenance and Organization:



  • Establish and maintain employee records, recruitment records, files, reports, and organization charts.



  1. Others



  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters, including employee relations and organization changes.

  • Respond to various requests from managers, employees, and others.

  • Exercise judgment when dealing with potential or real issues, reporting to the HR Manager

  • Assist and advise on leave management, benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies.

  • Organize travel, supply ordering, inventory, and general office tasks.

  • Manage office rental, vehicle leases, warehouse agreements.

  • Collaborate with the company lawyer and accountant on legal or payroll matters.

  • Perform additional office and HR-related duties as assigned.


 

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Korean/English required

  • Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience

  • Degree in Human Resources preferred.

  • Proficient knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer service-oriented.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Proficient with basic budget management and calculations.

  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
