Position Title: Field Service Engineer / Field Service Technician
Job Location: Austin, TX
Main Job Duties:
- Interpret semiconductor equipment maintenance manuals, procedures, schematics and wiring diagrams, and apply in technical support.
- Responsible for field service and maintenance of SEMES semiconductor equipment, utilizing professional knowledge in electronics, various test instruments and tools.
- Analyze customers’ feedbacks and service requests and proactively provide high quality field services to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data from customer and SEMES semiconductor equipment installed in customer’s semiconductor manufacturing fab. To improve equipment efficiency, trouble shooting and optimization.
- Provide technical trainings to customers’ engineering and technical staff for proper operation and maintenance of SEMES’ semiconductor equipment.
- Prepare various tech support performance and progress status reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds and climb steep stairs. This job may require working overtime and/or weekend work schedule.
Requirement:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Alternatively, 3 years of experience in the offered position.
- At least 3 years’ of experience as field service engineer or technician. Work experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.

Position Title: Inventory & Logistics Administrator (SCM)
Job Location: Austin, TX
Main Job Duties:
- Manage and coordinate local and global supply chain and logistics operations; also plan and coordinate various local and international shipment & arrangement.
- Lead and coordinate SEMES America’s global logistics needs and cost efficiencies in order to optimize local and overseas procurement plans.
- Lead and coordinate business communication with/between Customers and SEMES HQ to follow up with customer Quotes/ POs / Invoices and other customer inquiries.
- Lead and coordinate U.S. customs clearance, U.S. CBP compliance, and other international trade regulation matters.
- Prepare and coordinate strategic logistics plans and regular status (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) reports to management in connection with optimal inventory levels, logistics, including international freight services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, business, accounting, trade or related fields. Alternatively, 2 years of experience in the offered position.
- 2 years’ of experience as an inventory & logistic administrator preferred
- Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred

- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks online user preferred
Position Title: Office Administrator
Job Location: Austin, TX
Main Job Duties:
- Coordinate various business operation activities throughout the company to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policy.
- Manage and coordinate business agendas, schedules (including business travel) and appointments for management.
- Manage and coordinate various business correspondences.
- Manage and organize various corporate records, databases and files.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and fixtures.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance of various company insurance policies, claims and office related contracts.
- Perform other administrative support duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, accounting or related fields. Alternatively, 2 years of experience in the offered position.
- 2 years’ of experience as an office administrator preferred
- Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred
