Two Northeast Asian men students from Taiwan and Korea live on the side with the vacancy. The landlord lives next door with two Korean PhD women students.
Each student has a private room - the bathroom, living room, kitchen are shared.
Very quiet environment - strong focus on studying - no loud music, etc.
