• 전표(Journal Entry) 작성 및 전기, 총계정원장(General Ledger) 관리

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support the financial operations of our manufacturing facility in a city near southern Chicago, Illinois. This role will assist with general accounting functions, financial reporting, and cost analysis related to manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, inventory, and balance sheet accounts
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead
• Support inventory accounting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to improve financial accuracy and reporting
Requirements/Qualifications:
• 1–5 years of accounting experience
• Understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting
• Experience with inventory accounting or standard costing
• Knowledge of ERP systems used in manufacturing environments
