ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

This position supports the construction project in the field, help managing suppliers/subcontractors, follow up on construction schedule

 

 

 

·        Daily supplier monitoring/performance management, field management

 

·        RFI review management, Shop DWG review management, shop production management

 

·        Change Order, Risk Management, Claim management

 

·        Deal with Warranty, Government Permission and Civil Complaint issues

 

·        Reviewing, giving feedback to design, construction documents

 

·        Carrying out work related to site safety

 

·        Support inspections, audits (documentation and schedule management)

 

·        Recording meeting minutes (MOM) and the agenda for meetings, daily activity logs and other documentation, reports

 

·        Coordinate meetings, sending emails to external companies or any other interested parties (dealing with and document controlling official documents, business contact, other work, etc.)

 

·        Carry out inspections and pre-commissioning

 

·        Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Company

 

 

 

 

 

Qualification/Requirement

 

 

 

·       Must be eligible to work in the US legally without visa sponsorship

 

·       Korean/English bilingual (Korean: Native, English: Business)

 

·        Strong ability to multitask and complete deadlines

 

·        Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

 

·        Demonstration of strong compliance to procedures and guidelines

 

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment with a mixed culture

 

·        Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Word, PPT), PDF Programs

 

·        Analytical thinking and demonstrated ability to solve problems

 

 

 

 

 

Desirable/Preferred Skills

 

 

 

·        BA/BS degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience of related field

 

 ·         At least 1 Year of experience working in construction sites

 

·         Knowledge in engineering/equipment

 

·         Familiar with programs such as Trimble Program

 

·        Experience in high-tech (semiconductor) product projects

 

·        Experience in construction site check & record

 

·        Familiarity with reviewing specification & shop drawing

 

·        Familiar with programs such as Auto CAD, 3D modeling programs

 

·        International and multi-cultural experience a plus

·        A person who has no difficulty commuting to and from the field office

 

·        A person who can work overtime if necessary for job performance
