ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supports the daily safety operations of the construction site of the T-Project such as but not limited to the organization of safety related documentation, databases, inventory, and badge management, as well as supporting inspections and investigations.

·        Review safety documents submitted by subcontractors.

·        Site access badge management.

·        Inventory, purchasing of PPEs and Safety equipment.

·        Updating HSE Management Systems such as training plan and records, emergency response plans, job hazard analysis, incident reports, etc.

·        Invoice management and email correspondence, meetings with safety vendors.

·        Support managing safety 3rd party technicians.

·        Support site inspections for compliance of subcontractors’ HSE Management System

·        Preparation of the regular Safety Committee Meeting.

·        Share audit and inspection results to subcontractors and the client.

·        Follow up action items after HQ visits and instructions.

·        Participates Root Cause Analysis for injury / incident investigations and obtaining accident and injury reports from jobsites.

·        Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Qualification/Requirement

• Must be eligible to work in the US legally without visa sponsorship.

·        Strong ability to multitask and complete deadlines.

·        Demonstration of strong compliance to procedures and guidelines.

·        Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-ups.

·        Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment with a mixed culture.

·        Having strong ownership and having a proactive attitude with a risk-managing mindset.

·        Analytical thinking and demonstrated ability to solve problems.

·        Proficiency in MS Office, PDF Programs.

Desirable/Preferred Skills

·        BA/BS degree of related field.

·        Korean language skills are preferred but not mandatory. If Korean is not spoken, English communication skills are required

·        Spanish language preferred.

·        At least 1  years of related experience in safety.

·        Experience in high-tech (semiconductor) product projects.

·        Experience in construction projects.

·        Experience of projects of more than 50M USD.

·        Experience in industrial and factory projects.

·        Experience in overseas/domestic EPC project experience.

·        International and multi-cultural experience a plus.

·        A person who has no difficulty commuting to and from the field office
·        A person who can work overtime if necessary for job performance
·        A person who can work on weekends if required
