Job Title: Logistic Billing Analyst
Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Location: Plano, TX (On-site)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Benefits: Medical / Vision / Dental / PTO (After 90 days)

주요 업무 (Responsibilities):
• 각 사업부별 회사 정책 및 요구사항에 따라 고객 청구(매출채권, AR)를 정확하고 기한 내 처리
• Access 데이터베이스를 활용하여 청구 오류 분석 및 수정 양식 작성
• 청구 금액 및 지급(AP)에 필요한 필수 운임/물류 관련 서류 검토 및 협의
• 청구(Billing) 업무가 손익계산서(P&L)에 미치는 영향에 대한 이해 및 적용
• 운송사 운임 청구서 감사 및 요율표(Tariff) 및 계약서 해석
• 일상 업무 수행을 위한 내부 시스템 및 기술 도구 활용
• 운송사 청구 오류 및 중복 청구 사항 조사 및 원인 분석
• 필요 시 수시(Ad-hoc) 보고서 작성
• 기타 직무와 관련된 회사의 요청 업무 수행
• 손익(P/L) 관리, 계획 및 예측, 매출·비용·대차대조표(BS) 계정 검토 및 관련 보고 등 직무와 직·간접적으로 연관된 업무 수행

자격 요건/우대 사항 (Requirements/Qualifications):
• 매입채무(AP), 인보이싱, 고객 서비스 또는 운송/물류 관련 업무 경험자
• 학사 학위 소지자 또는 이에 준하는 교육 및 실무 경험
• 영어 및 한국어 이중언어 가능자 우대
• 상황을 신속하게 파악하여 문제 해결 및 시정 조치를 수행할 수 있는 능력
• 조직 내 다양한 직급과 원활히 소통할 수 있는 뛰어난 문서 및 구두 커뮤니케이션 능력
• Outlook 및 Microsoft Office(PowerPoint, Word) 활용 능력
• Excel 숙련자 (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• 필요 시 초과 근무 가능자
• 필요 시 텍사스 Coppell 오피스 근무 가능자

Responsibilities:
• Process customer billing (AR) accurately on or before deadlines as per requirements and according to the company policy for each division.
• Manage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections in access database.
• Review and discuss essential freight documentation that supports charges invoiced and is required for payment (AP).
• Use knowledge and possess understanding of how Billing functions affect P&L.
• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts.
• Work with the internal technologies required for daily functions.
• Investigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate carrier billing.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.
• Perform other job-related duties as required
• Profit/Loss management, planning, forecasting, inspection for revenue/cost/BS account and related reporting all the tasks that directly or indirectly related to your job position and requested by company

(Preferable) Requirements/Qualifications:
• Experience in A/P, Invoicing, Customer Service or Transportation/Logistics related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bilingual in English & Korean Highly Preferred
• Ability to quickly grasp the situation to make decisions to ensure problems are overcome and perform corrective action
• Effective written and verbal communications skills to communicate with various levels of the organization
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office applications PowerPoint, Word
• Proficiency with Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work in Coppell, TX office when needed
