– Title: Logistic Business Operation Project Coordinator
– Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire
– Location: Austin, TX (On-site)
– Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change)

주요 업무 (Responsibilities):
• 항공, 해상, 육상(트럭 운송) 등 전반적인 물류 운송 프로세스 모니터링 및 관리
• 다양한 운송 채널을 통한 화물/제품 배송 현황 추적
• 공급망(Supply Chain) 관련 주요 성과 지표(KPI)에 대한 월간 리포트 작성
• 고객, 운송업체(Carrier), 내부 유관 부서와의 일상적인 커뮤니케이션 및 협업
• 내부 공급망 자원 및 외부 물류 파트너 협업 모델의 운영 성과를 평가하기 위한 성과 지표 개발
• 물류 정책에 따라 팀 목표 달성을 위한 물류 운영 절차 지원
• 팀의 물류 운영과 관련된 모든 거래 및 업무 기록을 정확하게 관리 및 유지
• 운송/물류 시스템 전반에서 발생하는 문제점 및 오류 모니터링 및 해결
• 주요 계정(Account) 관련 문서를 최신 상태로 유지하고 체계적으로 관리하여 즉시 활용 가능하도록 관리
• 기업 물류 전반을 분석하여 가장 비용 효율적인 운송 방식 및 방법 도출
• 현장 관리자 및 팀원들과 협업하여 원활한 운영 지원
• 필요 시 수시(Ad-hoc) 리포트 작성
• 기타 직무와 관련된 업무 수행
자격 요건 (Requirements / Qualifications):
• 학사 학위 이상 필수
• 물류 업계 경력 1~3년 이상 – 포워딩(Freight Forwarding) 경험 및 관련 산업 지식 포함
• 한국어/영어 이중 언어 가능자 우대
• 뛰어난 분석력 및 문제 해결 능력
• 다중 업무를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 체계적인 업무 능력과 세밀한 업무 처리 역량
• 고객 중심의 긍정적인 문제 해결 태도
• Outlook 및 Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 활용 능력 상급
• 원활하고 효과적인 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 우수한 대인관계 능력
• 압박감 있는 환경에서도 업무 수행이 가능하며 긴급 상황에 대한 빠른 대응 능력
• 강한 책임감과 성실한 근무 태도
• 미국 내 출장 가능자 (최대 10%)

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via Air, Ocean, Land/trucking transportation process
• Track shipments across different channels
• Report monthly on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the Supply Chain function
• Daily liaison with customers, carriers, and internal staff
• Develop performance metrics to evaluate the operating performance of internal supply chain resources and external supply chain partner collaboration model
• Support to perform logistics procedures to achieve team goals by logistics policies.
• Keep proper records of all forms of transactions related to the team’s logistics operations
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies and problems that can be found related to the transportation/logistics system
• Maintain essential account documentation with up-to-date information and ensure that it is collated and stored so as to be readily accessible
• Analyze areas of corporate logistics to find out the most cost-effective means and methods of transporting supplies
• Coordinate with site managers and co-workers to ensure effective operations
• Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.
• Perform other job-related duties as required
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1~3+ years of experience in the logistics industry Including Freight Forwarding and relevant industry knowledge
• Korean/English Bilingual highly preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multi-tasks while paying close attention to detail
• Positive attitude to solve problems and serve the customers with good care
• Very Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word
• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively
• Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
• Strong work ethics
• Ability to travel up to 10% in U.S.
