Job Title: Logistic/Warehouse Operation Manager
Contract Period: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Working Location: Austin, TX (On-site)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

주요 업무 (Responsibilities):
• 단기 실행 계획을 수립 및 전략적 목표 및 방향 설정을 통한 공장의 계획에 부합하는 성과 목표 달성
• 사업부 자원 총괄 관리를 통한 품질, 원가, 안전, 서비스 측면에서의 우수한 성과 달성
• 조직 구성원들에 대한 효과적 관리로 팀워크 향상, 생산성 증가에 기여하는 효율적 팀 구축
• 표준운영절차(SOP)를 활용하여 문제를 해결하고 시정 조치 수행
• 전일 실적을 검토하고 당일 실행 계획 수립 및 부서별 인력 배치를 결정하기 위한 일일 현황 회의 주관
• 일일/주간/월간 통계 보고서를 작성하여 팀 리더에게 공유
• 임직원 부상 감소 또는 예방을 위한 안전 프로그램 지원
• 입고/출고 기능 및 인력 운영에 대한 트렌드 대비 검토, 내부 분석, 실행 계획 수립
• 각 성과 지표 및 개선 필요 영역에 대한 생산성 향상 계획 수립
• 부서 예산을 월별로 모니터링하고 운영 예산 수립 지원

자격 요건 (Requirements/Qualifications):
• 경영학, 물류, 공급망 관리(Supply Chain) 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자 (또는 이에 상응하는 경력 보유자)
• 물류 운영/공급망 관리(SCM)/구매 관련 경력 10년 이상 필수
• KPI 관리 및 재고 통제/모니터링/관리 경험 필수
• 영어 및 한국어 능통자 필수 (이중언어 가능자)
• 물류센터(Distribution Center), 공급망 팀, 운송업체(Carriers)와 협업하여 입출고 관련 이슈를 해결한 경험 필수
• 긴급 요청 사항을 신속히 처리할 수 있는 능력
• 운영 관련 데이터 분석 및 개선안 제시, 결과 보고 능력
• 이해관계자에게 적시에 정확한 수시 보고서 및 분석 자료를 제공할 수 있는 우수한 구두 및 문서 커뮤니케이션 능력

Responsibilities:
• Implement short range plans and identify strategic goals and objectives to set performance goals and meet the plant’s mission and strategic plans
• Manage all business unit resources to successfully deliver results in quality, cost, safety, and service
• Develop high-performing work teams to effectively meet the changing needs of the business by motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
• Utilize Standard Operating Procedures to resolve and correct problems
• Conduct daily status meetings with management team to review prior day’s performance, develop action plans for the day, and determine daily department staffing levels
• Statistics report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the team leaders
• Support safety programs to reduce or eliminate employee injuries
• Develop action plans for conducting internal analysis and gap identification, review current or future trends that indicate possible gaps in inbound or outbound functions or employees and make recommendations based on findings
• Develop Productivity Improvement Plan for each performance indicator or areas identified for improvement
• Monitor department budgets monthly and assist in development of budget for operational functions

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent experience required
• 10+ years of logistics operations/SCM/Purchasing related experience required
• KPI management and Inventory control/monitoring/management experience required
• Bilingual in English and Korean required
• Experience and ability to work with Distribution Center, Supply Chain Team, Carriers to resolve any inbound/outbound shipment issues is required
• Ability to expedite emergency requests
• Ability to analyze and report recommendations and results related to operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure communication to appropriate stakeholders, with appropriate ad-hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately
