- 반도체 장비 관련 고객 대상 Chiller 및 Gas Scrubber B2B 영업
- 고객 공정 및 요구사항 분석을 통한 기술적 솔루션 제안
- 내부 기술팀과 협업하여 사양 검토 및 견적 대응
- 고객 대상 제안 자료 작성 및 기술 프레젠테이션 진행
- 프로젝트 진행 전반에 대한 고객 커뮤니케이션 및 관계 관리
- 기존 거래처 관리 및 신규 고객 발굴
근무 조건
- 근무 형태: 정규직 (Full-time)
- 근무 지역: Pflugerville, TX
- 근무 일정: 주 5일 근무
자격 요건 (필수)
- 미국 내 합법적 근무 가능자
- Background Check 통과 가능자 (전과 기록 없는 분)
- 한국어·영어 이중언어 가능자 (Bilingual)
- B2B 영업 또는 기술영업에 대한 기본적인 이해
- 고객 및 내부 조직과 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 미주 및 해외 출장 가능자
- MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 활용 능력
- 견적, 사양 비교, 일정 관리 등을 위한 Excel 활용 능력
- 기술 제품 및 반도체 관련 설비에 대한 지속적인 학습 의지
- 맡은 업무에 대해 오너십 (Ownership)을 가지고, 목표 달성을 위해 주도적이고 책임감 있게 업무를 수행하는 태도
우대 사항 (필수 아님)
- 반도체 장비, Chiller, Scrubber, 공조, 환경설비 등 관련 경험
- 기술영업 또는 설비·프로젝트형 영업 경험
- 도면, 사양서, 기술 자료에 대한 기본적인 이해
- 제조업 또는 반도체 고객 대응 경험
- 4년제 대학 졸업자

Position
- Technical Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B sales of Chillers and Gas Scrubbers to semiconductor equipment customers
- Analyze customer processes and requirements to propose technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to review specifications and provide quotes
- Prepare proposal documents and deliver technical presentations to customers
- Manage customer communications and relationships throughout project lifecycles
- Maintain existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Pflugerville, TX
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass background check (no criminal record)
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Basic understanding of B2B sales or technical sales
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. and internationally
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to manage quotations, specification comparisons, and schedules using Excel
- Willingness to continuously learn about technical products and semiconductor equipment
- Demonstrates ownership, working proactively and responsibly to achieve goals
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience with semiconductor equipment, Chillers, Scrubbers, HVAC, or environmental systems
- Experience in technical sales or project-based sales
- Basic understanding of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Experience interacting with manufacturing or semiconductor customers
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year program)
Compensation
- Salary negotiable based on experience (DOE: Depends on Experience)
