1. Project Manager Assistant (Entry-Level)
Responsibilities:
- Support the PM with on-site and office tasks
- Help with project scheduling and tracking
- Assist in organizing reports, records, and project documentation
- Perform various duties as directed by the PM
2. Purchasing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Use Excel to manage purchasing data, vendor lists, and purchase history
- Identify and source required materials and supplies by reviewing purchase history and researching new vendors when necessary.
- Purchase requested items in a timely manner to meet project and staff needs
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status
- Prepare, submit, and track purchase requests and approvals (internal requisitions)
- Maintain organized records of purchases, vendors, and related documentation
3. Construction Site Safety Manager
(Korean not required / English & Spanish preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and site-specific safety policies on the construction site
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken
- Provide safety orientation and guidance to workers and subcontractors
- Assist with incident reporting, safety documentation, and compliance with project safety requirements
- Communicate effectively with site personnel in English and Spanish to promote a safe work environment
- OSHA 30 certification required; prior experience working under OSHA 30 standards preferred
