1. Project Manager Assistant (Entry-Level)

Responsibilities:

• Support the PM with on-site and office tasks


• Help with project scheduling and tracking


• Assist in organizing reports, records, and project documentation


• Perform various duties as directed by the PM

2. Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Use Excel to manage purchasing data, vendor lists, and purchase history


• Identify and source required materials and supplies by reviewing purchase history and researching new vendors when necessary.


• Purchase requested items in a timely manner to meet project and staff needs


• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status


• Prepare, submit, and track purchase requests and approvals (internal requisitions)


• Maintain organized records of purchases, vendors, and related documentation

3. Construction Site Safety Manager

(Korean not required / English & Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and site-specific safety policies on the construction site


• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken


• Provide safety orientation and guidance to workers and subcontractors


• Assist with incident reporting, safety documentation, and compliance with project safety requirements


• Communicate effectively with site personnel in English and Spanish to promote a safe work environment


• OSHA 30 certification required; prior experience working under OSHA 30 standards preferred
