• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance


• Train and develop servers to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards


• Encourage and implement strategies to servers in order to increase sales and revenue


• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner


• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment


• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

• 2-3 Year of customer service experience in a restaurant setting.


• Can work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.


• Can handle working at a fast pace


• Is Co-operative


• Has problem solving skills


• Good communication skills


• A willingness to learn about Japanese Cuisine

[Server 업무내용]

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and saying Good-bye to all customers.


• Taking food/drink orders and serving them out in a timely manner.


• Packing To-go orders


• Bussing tables


• Upselling specials

• 1 Year of customer service experience in a restaurant setting.


• Can work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week.


• Can handle working at a fast pace


• Is Co-operative


• Has problem solving skills


• Good communication skills


• A willingness to learn about Japanese Cuisine
