Position: Sales Associate

Classification: Marketing

Summary:

Under minimum supervision, performs routine office sales duties with focus on client relation and assisting Sales Manager.

Essential Functions/Duties:

• Identify needs of existing and new clients


• Must work independently in a fast-paced environment


• Support Sales Team with new sales opportunities


• Report weekly/monthly/quarterly on sales to COO


• Assure proper quotes and details are provided to clients


• Follow up with clients on all sales


• Unpacks, examine and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items


• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs


• Maintains/Assist with inventory tracking of goods


• Supports the shipment of goods produced and the received goods


• Responsible for arranging pick up by the carrier specified


• Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of inventory

Physical Demands:

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending and employee must frequently lift and/or move items on average of 40 pounds.

Travel:

This position requires domestic and international travels as needed.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of semiconductor process preferred


• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred


• High school diploma/GED required


• Requires excellent communications skills with all levels of internal and externals contacts (verbal, written and listening)


• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willing to take on additional/new responsibilities


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Working knowledge of basic computer software and hardware


• Working knowledge of general manufacturing procedures
