Position: Korean/English Translator & Assistant Site Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

We are looking for a bilingual professional to join us as a Korean/English Translator and Assistant Project Manager. Position Overview:

In this dual role, you will act as a key bridge between Korean-speaking and English-speaking teams, ensuring seamless communication while supporting the Project Manager. Your contributions will be vital to site operations, project coordination, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Project Manager with daily tasks, ensuring smooth project operations.


• Collaborate with site staff, contractors, and suppliers to meet project goals.


• Help maintain project schedules and monitor deadlines to ensure timely task completion.


• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality meets project specifications and standards.


• Assist in resolving site issues or conflicts in a proactive manner.


• Interpret verbal conversations between Korean-speaking and English-speaking teams.


• Provide administrative and organizational support to project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) is required.


• Interest in low voltage devices installation processes, techniques, and safety protocols (experience preferred but not mandatory).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
