Job Description:

As a Site Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our on-site operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our site office and facilitating efficient communication and coordination among various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks at the site office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site operations, such as employee attendance, equipment inventory, and project schedules.


• Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.


• Serve as a point of contact for employees and visitors, providing assistance and information as needed.


• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that site operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Completes other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma


• 1+ years of administrative duties experience preferred


• Must be reliable and professional


• Attention to detail


• Excellent organizational skills


• Ability to identify and solve problems, escalating issues as necessary


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• bilingual in Korean and English Preferred.
