Trinion, Inc is headquartered in San Diego, California, and separate/affiliated entities are in Mexico and Korea.

Its core business is in logistics and sales of logistics equipment in North America and Mexico.

Trinion America is a logistics service provider for Hyundai Translead, Hyundai Glovis, Samsung, Visio and Rooms To Go, etc.

It has enjoyed a tremendous growth over the course of last 11 years and this momentum is expected to continue and expand areas of business.

Trinion America is seeking for a candidate for a full-time manager position with a passion for accounting and finance. The position is responsible for all accounting and finance responsibilities as below.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department


2. Prepare half-year compilation, year-end review/audit
   
   
   
   • Consolidated financial statements, including subsidiaries F/S and international liaison office F/S
   
   
   • Income tax provision
   
   
   • Notes to consolidated financial statements
   
   
   
   
3. Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half-year/yearly closing


4. Manage daily cash flows


5. Check and verify accounts payable records, prepares invoices, data entry and files


6. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements


7. Prepare accurate reports for upper management


8. Report to and support top management


9. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles


10. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. 3+ year(s) of relevant experience and Major in Accounting and/or Finance for full-time managerial position


2. Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree preferred


3. Flexibility to adapt and accept various tasks


4. Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability


5. Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)


6. Proficiency in English and Korean


7. H1-B/ Permanent residency sponsor available
