며칠전에 방한개 렌트를 하겠다고 올린 사람입니다. 오늘 관심이 있다는 사람에게 연락이 왔는데 조금(?) 대화내용이 이상해서 구글에
검색을 해봤는데, 위 이메일로 사기를 당한 사례가 많이 올라왔습니다. 주의가 필요해서 글 올립니다.!!!!!

Please i will like to know if you still have the place available for rent......If YES, Kindly reply the following questions below:
1) I will like to have the description of the room, size, and the equipment in there.
2) I will like to have the rent fee per month plus the utilities.
3) I will also be coming with some of my furniture, electronics that is if it is allowed, like bed, book shelf because I read a lot, shoe rank etc
4) I will also like to know if you accept cashier's check so that I can contact my payment rep for the payment. My company is responsible for the payment.
5) If the # 4 questions is a YES, I will like to know the total cost for the initial move as in first month rent plus utilities and if deposit is necessary.
6) I will like to know the major intersection
7) I will like to know as well when the place will be available and how long you wish to rent it out.

A little about me, i'm Jason Owen CEO Deer Group Inc a stock management and consultant company, i'm married with two kids who are presently schooling in United Kingdom.
I'm out of country on a work project and wont be back until 13th October, i'm in the process of relocating to Texas with my wife who based in London she just secured a job in Texas and she's to resume on 14th October
I wont be able to come over to check the house physically but i'm ok with everything that i saw online about the house so i would like to rent it and move in on 1st October so as to get ourself settled on time and prepare for my wife resumption
