4. 방문 접수
가. 접수 기간 : 1/25, 토요일  12:00 pm ~1:00 pm only
나. 접수 장소 : 어스틴 한국학교, Webb Middle School, 601 E. St. Johns Ave., Austin. TX 78752,
* 어스틴 지역은 어스틴 한국학교에서 정해진 요일과 시간에 방문 접수 가능함*
다. 응시 수수료: TOPIK Ⅰ $40, TOPIK Ⅱ $55
라. 제출서류
- 응시원서
- 최신 여권용 컬러사진 2매 (3x4cm)
- 응시료 (현금, 수표 혹은 페이오더 only)
- 여권, 운전 면허증
* 위의 서류가 구비되지 않을 시 접수 불가함

5. 이메일 접수
가. 시험장 이메일(austinkoreanschool@gmail.com)로 1.26(일) 오후 5시까지 도착분에 한함
나. 사진 (jpg, 354x472 픽셀)
다. 응시 수수료는 접수 기간내에 학교를 방문하거나 우편으로(1/26일요일 까지 도착) 보냄, Payable to - Austin Korean School 또는 AKS, Sending address - P.O. Box 50201 Austin, TX 78763-0201,
라. 시험 당일 지참하는 신분증과 영어 이름이 맞지 않으면 시험 응시 불가
* 응시 수수료 납부및 지원서 내용 확인 작업으로 이메일 접수보다는 방문 접수 권장

6. 지원서 작성 시 유의사항
가. 응시원서 12번 응시목적까지 기입하고 아래 이름과 사인을 함
나. 아래 수험표(identification slip)에는 기입하지 않음
다. 신분증과 지원서 영문이름 일치 해야함.
라. 지원서 3번 응시지역은 어스틴, 텍사스로 적음

1. In-person submission
A. 1/25, Saturday from 12 pm to 1 pm only

C. Application fee: TOPIK Ⅰ $40, TOPIK Ⅱ $55
D. Submission documents
- application form
- 2 latest passport color photos (3×4 cm)
- Application fee (cash, check, or pay order only)
- ID with passport, driver's license and photo
* If the above documents are not provided, the application cannot be accepted

2. Email submission
A. Test site email (austinkoreanschool@gmail.com )by  1/26 (Sunday) 5 p.m.
B. Pictures (jpg, 354x472 pixels)
C. Application fees should be paid by visiting the school (1/25 Sat from 12 pm to 1 pm only) or by mail (arrived by 1/26 Sunday), Payable to - Austin Korean School or AKS, Sending address - P.O. Box 50201 Austin, TX 78763-0201
D. If the ID you bring on the day of the exam and the English name on the application doesn't match, you can't take the exam
* In-person submission is recommended *

3. Guidance for filling in the application
A. Fill in the application form up to the purpose of examination 12 and sign the name and signature below
B. Do not fill in the identification slip below
C. The ID card and the application form must match the English name.
