♦ Position : Human Resources/ Administrative Manager
♦ Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Prepare and post job advertisements, screen applications, arrange interviews, maintain applicant tracking.
-Administer drug, background checks and pre-employment screening.
-Execute new hire documents, onboarding tasks and orientation.
-New hire enrollment with payroll and insurance benefits.
-Coordinate trainings and programs as needed.
-Work closely with HQ HR regarding Expats & Dispatchers’ payroll, benefits, visa process, etc.
-Timesheet management for hourly waged employees
-Benefits management including for 401K, Health Insurance, Commercial Insurance, PTO calculations.
-Payroll Management: monthly updates shared to the accountant, ERP process.
-Establishes, maintains, and controls employee records, recruitment records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts.
-Manage sensitive and confidential matters including employee relations, organization changes, and protects the security of information, data and files.
-Respond to and process various requests from managers, employees and others.
-Exercise educated judgement when dealing with potential or real issues bringing them to the attention of the HR Manager
-Assist and advise employees and managers regarding leave management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
-Organize and supervise travel arrangements, supply ordering and inventory, record and file retention, and other related general office duties.
-Manage office rental, vehicle leases, warehouse management agreements.
-Work closely with company lawyer and accountant regarding legal or payroll issues
-Other office and HR related duties as assigned
♦ Education and/or Experience Requirements
-Bilingual Korean/English required.
-Minimum 5 years of HR administration experience required.
-Degree in Human Resources preferred
-Proficient knowledge of recruiting and hiring process
-Strong problem solving skills
-Ability to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Customer service oriented
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to juggle multiple priorities
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook
-Proficient with basic budget management and calculations.
-Ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
-Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
