안녕하세요.

제가 5년 동안 살았던 방인데 올해 졸업을 하고 나가게 되어 새로운 거주자를 찾고자 글을 올립니다.

집주인은 미국할머니시고 1층에 거주하십니다. 6월부터 비게 될 방은 2층에 있습니다.

2층에는 방이 두 개 있고 화장실이 하나 있어 두 룸메이트가 각자의 방을 가지고 있고 화장실을 쉐어하여 씁니다. 현재 룸메이트는 한국 박사유학생입니다.

The landlady, a former UT employee and ESL instructor, lives downstairs and takes care of the property.

Help for students with writing, reading, preparation of presentations, job resumes/interviews, etc.- are available at no cost.

10-minute walk to the UT shuttle on North Hills Drive.  Near HEB (grocery store), CVS (pharmacy), and post office.

Rent -- $550 a month - includes all utilities - high-speed Internet - washer and dryer.

All furniture, pots and pans, appliances are provided.

Off-street parking.
