Job Posting- RF Technician

We are looking for candidates for following items repair
(a)  RF Generators;
(b)  RF Automatches;
(c)  DC Power Supplies;
(d)  Microwave Generators;
(e)  Microwave Power Supplies; or
(f)   Remote Plasma Source(RPS).

Job Description
·     Test equipment configuration, set-up, and programing (examples, Meters, Loads, Analyzers, software, software tests and recipes, and programming such as DDLs, Load Cabinets, DC VI sensors, and ODACs);
·     Test methods (setup, programming, usage, on the job training (OJT));
·     Test fixtures (interfaces, Adapters, Connectors examples, but not limited to Automatch to DDL interfaces, Impedance boxes, and assembly test fixtures);
·     Troubleshooting techniques; component-level board repair methodology, OJT;
·     Repair methods, OJT;
·     Ceramic-hybrid soldering techniques;
·     Soldering techniques other than printed through-hole and SMD;
·     Burn-in methods and procedures;
·     Equipment repair information including, but not limited to, document format, voltage/current/power limits, and statistically derived targets and limits;
·     Traveler, datasheet, work instruction, Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Corrective Action Report (CAR), Preventive Action Report (PAR), Non-Conforming Materials Report (NCMR), build sheet, and training documentation;
·     Capabilities and methodologies of reverse engineering;
·     Engineering schematics;
·     Engineering notebooks, note, gantt charts and project tasks, milestones and status;
·     Engineering program designs, flow charts, specifications, scripts and code;
·     CEX(Phase Synch)/Phase Lock Loop (PPL) fixtures, set-up, and testing;

If a candidate are able to repair 2 or more of above repair items and has above experience  (more than 6 years' experience, 4 years' experience + Associate Degree, or  2 years' experience + Bachelor Degree.)

· 역공학의 기능 및 방법론;  
· 기술설계 개략도;  
· 기술설계 노트북, 노트, gantt 차트 및 프로젝트 업무, 공정표 및 상태;  
· 기술설계 프로그램 디자인, 순서도, 명세, 스크립트 및 코드;  
· CEX (Phase Synch) /Phase Lock Loop (PPL) fixtures, 셋업, 테스팅; 
(a)-(f) 품목 중 2가지 이상의 수리가 가능한 지원자와 직무 기술서에 포함된 경험이 (6 년 이상 경험, 4 년의 경험 + 준학사 학위, 또는 2 년의 경험 + 학사 학위) 이상 있으신 분은 지원 부탁 드립니다.
