We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform several administrative tasks in support of our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to multi-task effectively, as well as have a high level of attention to detail. A successful candidate will work closely with our senior accounting manager.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and process invoices from vendors and customers.


• Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable general ledger.


• Process credit card spendings with related documents (receipts, spending approvals, etc.)


• Perform monthly employee reimbursements with appropriate documents.


• Record transactions into our ERP system.


• Reconcile & monitor Bank & Credit Card Statements


• Assist in Month End Closing Process


• Assist in corporate insurance renewals.


• Provide supportive paperwork and documentation.


• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• BS/BA or AA degree in accounting or related field.


• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the area of accounting, especially journal entries for month end closings.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and QuickBooks.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to effectively organize filing systems.


• Proven flexibility to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.


• Has the ability to learn new technologies as necessary.


• Prior experience in job costing, preferred.


• Bilingual English / Korean preferred but not required.
