Joynus is searching for a Branch Manager to provide both the strategic planning and tactical ground game to grow a profitable staffing operation in Austin, TX. We have several key clients who will be our anchor businesses for the operation, and the manager will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and training staff to meet the clients' needs.

- Set staffing targets and then assist the staff in achieving them
- Generate leads through marketing and networking
- Attract new business and close new deals
- Cultivate strong client relationships by meeting with clients frequently to understand their needs to address customized staffing solutions
- Achieve financial targets and ensure performance goals are met
- Team performance reviews

Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of business experience or DOE based on career background
- Good grasp of management and sales techniques
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Understand and be able to apply effective human relations and problem-solving principles
- Strong Computer skills – Word/Excel to compose routine reports and correspondence
- Bilingual – Korean required
