Field Service Engineer
APS Division – EUV Infrastructure
Location: United States
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and support EUV Pellicle Mount/Demount and Inspection tools
- Perform precision setup, calibration, and alignment verification
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and real-time troubleshooting
- Create and tune recipe sets for mounting and inspection processes
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment and process-related issues
- Analyze inspection data and support process optimization
- Collaborate with Korea HQ R&D for technical issue resolution and system upgrades
- Serve as the primary onsite technical expert and provide training to customer engineers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences
- Fluent in English and must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- The selected candidate will be required to travel to Korea for initial training and onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean language proficiency
- Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or field service
- Experience supporting semiconductor process equipment
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
