JOB OBJECTIVES


• Supervise and coordinate all electrical work, including wiring, panel installation, conduit installation and testing with related parties such as other construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all necessary site construction activities including scheduling, inspections, quality record control, quality document reviews (ITP, procedure, etc.), qualifications, non-conformance control, monitoring and managing of subcontractor’s electrical construction activities.


 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Progress management of electrical/control installation, inspection of our construction project
- Monitoring electrical construction progress and manage and oversee electrical subcontractors to ensure accurate, safe and on schedule task completion as per schedule.
- Reviewing construction progress, schedule and inspection documents with subcontractors and on-site confirmation of inspection requests.
- Giving feedback on insufficient parts or any incompliances on codes, specs, regulations to the construction team and subcontractors, following up on changes made
•  Giving the final confirmation before requesting inspection for client supervision
•  Construction and quality check on external shop works and/or products
•  Regular check on material storage conditions and construction work status of subcontractors.
•  Check incoming materials and the quality subcontractors use
•  Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Company



Qualifications/Requirements

•   Must be eligible to work in the US legally without visa sponsorship
•   Korean/English bilingual (professional)

•  BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience of related field
•   Must be knowledgeable in electrical and control codes and specifications, such as the NEC, OSHA and related standards
•   At least 1 Years of experience in the electrical field in plant construction projects

•   Strong ability to multitask and complete deadlines and highly responsible
•   Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
•   Demonstration of strong compliance to procedures and guidelines
•   Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment with a mixed culture
•   Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-ups
•   Having strong ownership and having a proactive attitude with a risk-managing mindset
•   Strong analytical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to systematically solve problems and propose alternative solutions.
•   Familiar with and able to use the Microsoft suite of Services including word, excel skills and etc.




Desirable/Preferred Skills

•   Experience with reading and interpreting electrical schematic
•   Must be knowledgeable of DWG

•   Experience working with multiple subcontractors
•  Experience as an electrical engineer/supervisor
•  Experience in construction projects of more than 50M
•  Experience in oil & gas, semiconductor plants
•  Experience using Trimble software

•  Knowledge of Construction Contract Documents including technical specification and Drawings.
•  International and multi-cultural experience a plus
