Position: Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

Location: Austin, TX 78750

Job Description:

1. Registration & student database maintenance

2. Scheduling

3. Managing student progress

4. Bookkeeping & billing

5. Updating website, social media, and advertisements

6. Answering phones and receiving customers at the front desk, primarily in Korean

7. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by directors

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor`s Degree Required (Preferred for Admin Assistant)

2. Fluency in both English and Korean required (영어 및 한국어 능통 필수)

3. Organized, detail oriented, and good at multi-tasking

4. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills

5. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe

6. Prior front desk experience preferred

7. Graphic design and web design experience a plus

8. Must have own reliable transportation and be eligible to work in the US

Compensation:

Office Manager: $22-25 per hour

Admin Assistant: $18-23 per hour

 (Compensation will be based on experience). For a part-time employee, the hours can be flexible. Healthcare and other long term employee benefits available for full time workers.
