Job Responsibilities

• Part Management: Manage RA, PO, Receiving, and Pick-up slips


• Inventory Management: Receive, check, store, count, and distribute inventory in accordance with established procedures


• Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions


• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain and update inventory records


• Order Fulfillment: Read computer-generated order tickets to determine pulls and prepare materials for shipping


• Load or unload items from trucks


• Stock and arrange products in warehouse; move products as needed


• Report on any stock issues or product damage to management


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Collaborate with supervisor and team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow

  Position Requirements

• Data Management & Reporting: Excel, analyze, and report on inventory data


• Assist in generating reports for inventory reconciliation, stock levels, and order processing


• Computer Skills: MS, Excel functions


• Valid Driver's License required


• Fluent verbal and written communication skills required, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Ability to manage both physical inventory tasks and data management tasks simultaneously

 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

 Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
   Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
   Work Location: In-person (Austin Branch)
