Job Title: System Admin & Service Desk
Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Plano, TX

주요 업무:
• 서비스 데스크(Service Desk) 운영 및 사용자(Customer) 지원
• 시스템 관리(Jira, MSP+, 웹 시스템 등)
• 데이터 분석(Excel, KPI, 리포트 작성 및 관리)
• AI 기반 업무 자동화 및 AI 활용 개발 지원
• QA 및 시스템 장애 이슈에 대한 지속적인 프로세스 개선(Agile 방식)
• 사용자 계정 및 접근 권한 관리 등 기본-중급 수준의 시스템 관리
• 시스템 설정 및 관리(워크플로우 유지보수, 프로세스 관리, 장애 분석 및 에스컬레이션)
• 프롬프트 엔지니어링(Prompt Engineering)을 활용하여 AI 기반 업무 프로세스 구축, 최적화 및 유지관리
자격 요건:
• 정보시스템, 컴퓨터공학, 경영학, 데이터분석 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상 우대
• 아래 분야 중 하나 이상에서 5년 이상의 경력
o Service Desk / Help Desk 운영
o IT 운영 또는 애플리케이션(Application) 지원
o 시스템 관리
• 사용자 지원, 문제 해결(Troubleshooting), 다양한 부서 및 이해관계자와의 협업 경험
• 미국 지사 및 한국 본사와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 능력
• 한국어 및 영어 문서 작성 및 의사소통 능력 필수

Responsibilities:
• Service Desk & Customer Support
• System Administration (Jira/MSP+/Web Systems)
• Data Analysis (Excel/KPI/Reporting)
• AI-Driven Automation & AI-assisted Development
• Continuous Process Improvement (Agile Mindset) on QA/System failure issues
• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including User and access management
• System configuration: Workflow and process maintenance, Issue investigation and escalation
• Ability to leverage prompt engineering techniques to create, optimize, and maintain AI-assisted workflows.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
– Service Desk / Help Desk Operations
– IT Operations or Application Support
– System Administration
• Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively with both U.S.-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
Special Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with Jira or other ticketing/workflow management systems preferred.
• Understanding of web-based applications and system integrations.
• Experience building lightweight automation solutions using AI-assisted development (“Vibe Coding”), low-code/no-code platforms, scripting, or similar technologies.
