Job Title: Claim Operator
Condition: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Location: Plano, TX 75075
Hours: 8:30 PM – 5:30 PM

주요 업무:
• 신규 클레임 접수 및 제출 서류 검토
• Shortage 클레임 접수 및 관리
• 반품 승인 및 QC Report 기반 파손(Damage) 클레임 조사와 처리
• 물류 서비스 업체(LSP)와 협업하여 클레임 해결 및 진행 관리
• 클레임 거절 사유 검토 및 고객 대상 결과 안내
• 부당한 클레임 거절에 대한 이의 제기 및 보상 협의
• 사고 보고서, 영상, 견적서 등 자료 분석을 통한 클레임 적정성 검토
• 월간 클레임 분석 보고서 작성 및 고객사 제출
• 계약 조건 및 운송·손상 보고서 검토를 통한 클레임 분석
• 클레임 접수 및 거절 사항 관련 이해관계자 안내 및 손실 최소화 방안 제공
• 고액 클레임 거절 건 관리팀 보고 및 대응 방안 협의
자격 요건:
• Microsoft Excel 활용 능력 필수
• VLOOKUP, Pivot Table 활용 가능
• 물류(Freight) 클레임 처리 경력 1년 이상 우대
• 우수한 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 뛰어난 분석력 및 문제 해결 능력
• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 팀과 협업 가능한 분
• 높은 책임감과 꼼꼼함, 우수한 조직 관리 및 프로젝트 수행 능력

Key Responsibilities:
• Review new submissions to ensure all required documentation and claim details are included
• File and manage shortage claims based on shortage investigation report, theft notification, and/or warehouse incident report
• Investigate and process damage claim submissions based on return authorizations and QC reports
• Communicate with the logistics service provider (LSP) to ensure a timely and accurate resolution
• Thoroughly review all claim declinations and communicate the final resolution to customers, if valid
• Dispute invalid claim resolutions to overturn declination and negotiate claim settlements
• Analyze data to determine claim validity; evaluate independent reports, including video, written incident reports, valuation estimates, etc.
• Compile comprehensive claim analyses for monthly reporting to clients
• Work within company guidelines to analyze contractual agreements of the customer, shipper, consignee or carrier and then assess the physical damage reports and the cargo claims findings
• Notify involved parties of claim filings and/or rejected claims and clearly communicate with the claimant the best course of action to mitigate loss
• Escalate high-value declinations with management to discuss possible recourse
• Other ad-hoc reporting/investigation
Qualifications:
• Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to, basic reporting functions and formatting, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
• 1+ years of freight claims processing experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Superior attention to detail, organization, cross-group collaboration, and project management skills
