주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities):
• 채용 전반 지원 (채용 공고 등록, 이력서 검토, 인터뷰 일정 조율, 온보딩 진행)
• 인사 데이터 및 인사 문서 관리 (HRIS, 인사 파일, 기록 관리)
• 입사 및 퇴사 프로세스 운영 및 행정 지원
• 직원 교육, 온보딩 프로그램 및 성과 평가 프로세스 지원
• 직원 문의 대응 (복리후생, 정책, 인사 절차 관련)
• 근태 관리 및 급여 관련 데이터 정리 및 지원
• 미국 노동법 및 사내 규정 준수 관리
• 직원 관계 및 조직 문화 관련 이슈 지원
• 생산, EHS, 재무 등 유관 부서와의 협업
• HR 리포트 작성 및 인사 프로세스 개선 지원

자격 요건(Qualifications/Requirements):
• 학사 학위 이상 (인사, 경영학 또는 관련 전공 우대)
• 영어/한국어 이중 언어 가능자
• 1년 이상의 HR 관련 경력 (제조/공장 환경 경험 우대)
• 미국 노동법 및 HR 컴플라이언스에 대한 기본 이해
• HRIS/ERP 및 MS Office (특히 Excel) 활용 능력
• 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 능력
• 높은 책임감과 세심한 업무 처리 능력
• 기밀 정보 관리에 대한 높은 윤리 의식

우대 사항(Preferred):
• 글로벌 또는 다국적 기업 근무 경험
• 제조/공장 인사 운영 경험

Key Responsibilities:
• Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation in compliance with U.S. labor regulations
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Coordinate employee training, engagement programs, and performance review cycles
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Support payroll coordination, timekeeping audits, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and employment laws
• Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, EHS, and Finance
• Support HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements for plant operations

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant environment
• Knowledge of U.S. labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred but not required

Preferred Skills:
• Experience supporting a multicultural or global organization
• Familiarity with payroll systems, onboarding systems, and employee lifecycle management
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills
