We are a dedicated team delivering physical security and low-voltage construction projects for commercial and industrial clients. Our focus is on reliable execution, strong coordination, and long-term client relationships.

As our projects continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead site operations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery from planning through completion.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution, including scheduling, coordination, quality control, and communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

This role requires strong leadership, field awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an active construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage low-voltage/security construction projects from start to finish


• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers


• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines


• Monitor project progress, costs, and resource allocation


• Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with drawings and specifications


• Resolve field issues, conflicts, and change conditions proactively


• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders regarding project status


• Ensure safety procedures and site requirements are followed


• Support documentation, reporting, and close-out processes

Qualifications

• Experience in low voltage, security systems, or construction project management preferred


• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills


• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple job sites


• Familiarity with access control, CCTV, cabling, or related systems is a plus


• Bilingual Korean/English preferred but not required


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
