회사의 원활한 운영과 효율성 증진을 위해 사무 및 안전 시설에 관련된 물품 구매 및 관리, 자산 관리, 사내 행사 기획 및 운영 등 다양한 행정 및 운영 업무를 총괄하는 핵심적인 역할을 담당할 총무부 매니저를 채용합니다.

주요 업무:

• 사무용품, 안전물품 및 장비 등 운영 물품 구매 및 관리


• 사무환경 유지 및 비품 관리(물, 커피 포함)


• 차량 렌트 및 숙소 제공 등 임직원 지원 업무


• 현장 및 캠프 방역, 해충 방제 관리


• 회의, 출장, 항공권, 케이터링 등 각종 일정 및 물류 지원


• 월간 구매 보고서를 작성 및 구매 현황 및 분석 제공


• 협력업체, 공급업체 관리 및 관계 유지, 품질 및 비용 효율성 확보


• 기타 그룹 리더 지시에 따른 업무 수행

자격 요건:

• 고등학교 졸업 이상(대학 졸업자 우대)


• 관련 경력 1-5년


• 뛰어난 조직 관리 및 시간 관리 능력


• 영어/한국어 이중언어 가능자 우대


• 유연한 근무 가능자 우대 (신속한 건설 일정에 따른 연장근무 필요 가능)

Position Summary:

The General Affairs Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating a diverse range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of the company. This position encompasses responsibilities such as facility management, procurement, asset management, and the coordination of company events.

It also involves ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and cultivating strong relationships with vendors.

This position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of the company by ensuring operational excellence and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently procure and organize essential office supplies, safety materials, and equipment to support daily operations


• Oversee the office environment and manage office products, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment, including water and coffee


• Administer employee accommodation, including car rentals and housing arrangements


• Implement and manage pest control measures at both the camp and site locations


• Coordinate logistics for meetings, business trips, flights, and catering services


• Prepare and present monthly purchasing reports to the group leader, providing insights into procurement activities


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness


• Other tasks at times as assigned by group leader

Qualification/Requirements:

• High school diploma (GED), but bachelor’s or associate degree preferred


• 1-5 years of relevant experience


• Exceptional organizational and time management skills


• Bilingual (English, Korean) Preferred


• Flexible working hours preferred (extra overtime due to fast track construction)


• Well written and verbal communication skills
