직무 개요:
Entry-Level 및 Junior-Level 현장 기술자는 고객 현장에서 반도체 부대 설비를 설치, 유지보수 및 문제 해결을 담당합니다. 이 직무는 현장에서 직접적인 작업을 수행하며 고객 지원팀과 긴밀히 협력해야 합니다.

Wonik Holdings USA, Inc is headquartered in South Korea and specializes in semiconductor gas supply equipment, gas purifiers, scrubbers, and piping construction. We are a leading company in the semiconductor supplementary equipment industry, particularly supporting the Samsung Taylor project. Our Austin branch is expanding, and we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Field Technicians to join our team.

Job Summary:
Entry-Level and Junior-Level Field Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting semiconductor supplementary equipment at customer sites. This role requires hands-on fieldwork and close coordination with the customer support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of semiconductor supplementary equipment
  
  
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
  
  
  • Support senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical problems
  
  
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
  
  
  • Communicate effectively with the internal team and customers
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)
  
  
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
