안녕하세요,
유티에서 박사 마치고 지금은 다른 곳에 직장 잡아 정착한 사람입니다.
제가 오스틴에 있을 때 2년 넘게 머물렀던 곳에 대한 정보 올려드려요.
미국인 할머니께서 주인이신데, KSA에 글올리기 권한이 없으셔서 제가 대신 올려드려요.
할머니가 가족처럼 이것저것 잘 보살펴 주시고, 무엇보다 렌트비가 저렴합니다.
그리고 매일같이 할머니와 영어를 주고 받다보니 많이 늘기도 하고요. 영어 에디팅도 도와주십니다.

Private room in a large duplex located in an upscale, safe, quiet residential neighborhood in the Far
West area - living room, dining room, kitchen.
WiFi and Internet service provided. Onsite washer/dryer - no cost.
Two upstairs bedrooms and bath - one room leased by 2nd year woman Korean PhD student.
Two men graduate students live next door (duplex) - from Taiwan.
Landlady who lives downstairs is certified as English as a Second Language instructor - happy to help students with writing,
reading, preparation of presentations, job resumes/interviews, etc.- at no cost.

Rent -- $550 a month - includes all utilities - high-speed Internet - washer and dryer.
