I've had a sudden employment change and need to leave my cozy 1-bedroom with two levels and spiral staircase apartment on Shoal Creek (in Shoal Terrace ) by September 1. If anyone is looking for a 1-month ($1125 or best offer) September sublease this would be perfect. It could be furnished or unfurnished. The place is super convenient to Central Market, UT campus (biking distance), running trails down Shoal Creak and Seton (on 38th).

Alternatively, if someone is looking for a September - January or longer lease, the landlord will be advertising the place for $1200. The apartment is available for viewing starting 8/19.
