Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Korean/English)

The role will be responsible for department administration, maintaining organizational charts and ultimately support the day-to-day clerical needs of an executive level manager.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day of General Affairs Team
- Responsible for accurately inputting data into multiple systems
- Responsible for material distribution
- Perform general administrative duties including copying, scanning, and filing
- Ad hoc projects
- Comply with all Samsung Austin Semiconductor policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Excellent written communication skills; experience drafting professional documents, letters, compiling reports etc.
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate

- Advanced knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage work load and shifting priorities in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to function independently in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong internal and external customer focus and professional customer service
- Exceptionally strong relationship management and teamwork skills across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnerships

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field strongly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative and HR support role preferred
- Fluent in English and Korean
