-  본사 출장자/주재원 지원 업무 및 회사 폰 관련 업무 지원 (담당자 부재 시)

*상기 업무들은 필요에 따라 팀 내에서 변경 될 수 있음

■ 자격 요건:

- 대학 졸업자

- 영어 및 한국어 사용자, 합법적으로 일 할 수 있는 자

- 경력: 최소 5-7년의 고객 서비스, 또는 회사 직원들을 위한 지원 업무 경험

■ 업무 기술:

- 책임감과 직업의식, 정보 수집/분석 능력, 원활한 대화 능력, 긍적적인 업무자세, 마케팅 경험

- MS Word, Excel & Power Point 사용 유경험자

- 팀 워크를 중시하며 진취적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 능력

Bilingual General Affairs Associate (Korean/English)

Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onsite employee services and food truck
- Assist business card requests, passport & visa requests
- Provide gaming area maintenance

- Order office supplies
- Perform general administrative duties including copying, scanning, and filing
- Provide a pack up for expats support and corporate cell phone services
- Comply with all Samsung Austin Semiconductor policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
